Adopting a short and powerful dual cylinder injection system and high-precision linear guide rail, combined with a low inertia and high response injection mechanism, ensuring smooth injection action and no deformation of the fixed template, optimizing the design of screw components to achieve better plasticizing ability and effect. Automatic material cleaning, anti salivation, anti cold start delay and other functions ensure the efficiency, simplicity, and safety of work.

Optimum design of injection structure improves mechanical rigidity during injection, reduces axial deformation of injection table and improves injection stability and accuracy.

Humanized closed design ensures safe operation. Equipped with high-efficiency mixing screw, enhanced plasticizing efficiency, quality and production efficiency. The ejection part uses linear guide design and proportional back pressure calibration to improve the ejection accuracy.
